We know that joining a cycling class for the first time can be intimidating. Our entire team works hard to make sure everyone is set up for success, from helping you set up your bike correctly to making sure there are option throughout class for all experience and fitness levels. We all have our preferences so we encourage you to try different instructors and class types to see what fits your needs best!

Cycle Strength builds on our Spark Classic ride with an added focus on upper body training. You’ll stay on the bike while incorporating small hand weights (1 to 10 pounds, your choice) into a series of movements designed to challenge your arms, shoulders, and core. It’s the perfect complement to the work your legs are already putting in.

Spark Stamina keeps you in the “sweet spot” of steady effort—challenging but sustainable. The class features longer work intervals balanced with extended recovery, letting you maintain your heart rate while staying comfortable enough to chat and smile.

Ride + Resist(ance) is a dynamic 45-minute hybrid class designed to raise your heart rate both on and off the bike. You’ll start off-bike with dynamic stretches, then move through five intervals—three on the bike and two off—using bodyweight and light hand weights to build full-body strength and endurance. The class finishes with a stretch and mobility session to keep you feeling strong and flexible.

Ready to elevate your choreography? Club Choreo is a 45-minute class featuring advanced programming set to slower beats, with more movement out of the saddle that challenges your core strength and coordination. You’ll revisit favorite choreography while learning new sequences designed to push your comfort zone on the bike. This class is perfect for anyone eager to take on a challenge and grow with each ride!

Each class ends with a dedicated cool-down and stretch, leaving you feeling energized, accomplished, and ready for the next ride.

Spark Terrain brings the outdoor cycling experience indoors, featuring rolling hills, steep climbs, flats, and fast descents. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts or those new to spinning, this class pairs high-energy music with minimal choreography, allowing you to focus on proper form and the full benefits of a 45-minute cardio workout.

Choreographed to the beat, this rhythm ride challenges your strength and stamina across mixed terrain. Spark Fusion adds weights to tone your arms and finishes with a focused stretch. It’s a full-body workout designed to push your limits.

Yoga for Riders takes a holistic approach to enhance your cycling performance by balancing muscular strength with flexibility and increasing mental focus. This all-levels class opens and lengthens the areas of your body that are often tight from cycling, improve core stability and hip mobility, focus on spinal and postural health, and provide moments of reflection, relaxation, and connection with your breath. Morning classes are 30 minutes, even classes are 45 minutes. All are welcome.

Barre celebrates strength, flexibility, and endurance through ballet-inspired moves combined with Pilates, yoga, and functional training. Using props like Pilates balls, light weights, and resistance bands, the class focuses on low-impact, high-repetition exercises that support alignment and personalized challenge. Whether building stamina, improving mobility, or reconnecting with your body, this class invites intentional movement and embraces your unique strength.
